About the Role
You will operate commercial robot platforms for model evaluation and data collection. You will integrate sensors, manage logging, synchronization, calibration, and replay, build test rigs and benchmarks, and debug hardware, driver, and integration failures across the fleet.
Requirements
- Systems-integration background in robots, drivers, sensors, and real-time control
- Experience with ROS or ROS2, Python, and Linux
- Ability to debug kernel-level driver issues and machine-learning pipeline bugs
- Track record of standing up complex robot setups and keeping them running
Responsibilities
- Operate off-the-shelf robot platforms for model evaluation and data collection
- Integrate cameras, depth sensors, IMUs, and other sensors
- Own robot-to-training data logging, synchronization, calibration, and replay
- Build test rigs and benchmarks for model evaluation
- Maintain the robot fleet and debug hardware, driver, and integration failures
- Translate model requirements into robot behavior
