About the Role
You will own the billing function and contribute to revenue accounting. You will automate billing workflows, reconciliations, invoice generation, exception flagging, and data validation; build scalable controls and processes; evaluate billing solutions; and partner with Sales, Legal, and Accounting on contract and policy impacts.
Requirements
- Demonstrated AI fluency in automating finance processes and verifying AI output
- Senior experience in revenue accounting and billing operations
- Experience evaluating and implementing billing solutions and finance-process automation
- Experience leading external audits and maintaining audit-ready controls
- Strategic judgment in automation sequencing and scalable control design
- Cross-functional communication with Sales, Legal, and Accounting
Responsibilities
- Automate billing workflows, reconciliations, invoice generation, exception flagging, and data validation
- Build AI-assisted workflows and controls that ensure accuracy and audit readiness
- Strengthen revenue accounting and verify AI-assisted reconciliations and documentation
- Evaluate and implement billing solutions
- Build and prioritize an automation roadmap
- Create scalable billing processes that reduce key-person dependency
- Partner with Sales, Legal, and Accounting to assess contract and policy impacts
