About the Role
You will own power distribution, grounding, and controls integration from released drawings through rate production. You will work daily on the manufacturing floor, resolve electrical RFIs and wiring issues, conduct first-article reviews and electrical checkout, and incorporate floor learnings into drawings, panel schedules, and the BOM.
Requirements
- Hands-on electrical systems engineering experience for complex physical products, modular construction, or critical facilities
- Experience working on a shop floor or production line and dispositioning nonconformances
- Experience supporting production launches of own designs
- Ability to maintain configuration control and update released drawing sets
- Ability to work in design reviews and on the production station
Responsibilities
- Own electrical systems for the modular product through rate production
- Walk the Phoenix manufacturing floor daily and resolve wiring and termination issues
- Answer electrical RFIs and engineer fixes into subsequent revisions
- Run first-article reviews and electrical checkout
- Incorporate manufacturing learnings into one-lines, panel schedules, and the BOM
