Conduct comprehensive research on emerging DeFi protocols and products, build and calibrate risk models, optimize mechanism parameters, analyze financial and on-chain data, write Dune Analytics and SQL queries, interpret smart contract whitepapers, produce professional reports, present findings, collaborate with internal teams and clients, and improve research processes and tools.

- Proven experience in economic research, risk analysis, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to compile and write formal research papers and reports
- Proficient in reading and understanding smart contract whitepapers
- Comfortable running and modifying Dune Analytics queries and writing basic SQL queries
- Ability to work with clients and internal teams
- Experience with smart contracts, blockchain protocols, and/or DeFi projects
- Proficiency in SQL/Dune Analytics
- Familiarity with profiling tools and performance optimization techniques
- Knowledge of DeFi protocols, financial markets, and black-swan events
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of emerging DeFi protocols and products

- Contribute to continuous improvement of research methods and tools
