About the Role
You will embed with a research team and build, harden, and improve the systems it needs. You will design, operate, and strengthen reinforcement-learning training systems, sandboxing, data pipelines, and agent scaffolding while working autonomously on the team’s priorities.
Requirements
- Experience leading projects end to end in large, fast-moving codebases
- Strong proficiency in Python and engineering fundamentals
- Experience debugging systems that fail intermittently and at scale
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in writing
- Experience with sandboxed or containerized execution environments at large scale
- Familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
Responsibilities
- Embed within a research team to build and improve required systems and infrastructure
- Design, build, and operate reinforcement-learning training systems
- Build sandboxing systems, data pipelines, and agent scaffolding
