About the Role
You will train, fine-tune, and evaluate machine learning models for drug discovery. You will work with computational chemists, medicinal chemists, and biologists to use model insights in design-make-test-analyze cycles. You will communicate findings, support model evolution through analytical feedback, and help shape the use of machine learning models for internal and partner work.
Requirements
- PhD or equivalent degree in chemistry or another physical science with 3+ years of experience, or commensurate degree and job experience
- Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques for evaluating, troubleshooting, and adapting models
