About the Role
You will execute cleanroom nanofabrication processes for silicon-based devices. You will support lithography, deposition, etch, substrate preparation, characterization, sample tracking, and experimental documentation while following laboratory safety protocols and troubleshooting fabrication workflows.

Responsibilities
- Execute cleanroom nanofabrication processes
- Support lithography processes
- Operate or support thin-film deposition processes
- Run or assist with etch processes
- Prepare substrates and manage process flows
- Track samples and maintain experimental records
- Perform structural, optical, electrical, or morphological characterization
- Troubleshoot process issues and iterate on recipes or workflows
- Follow laboratory safety and facility protocols
