About the Role
You will advance agentic model capabilities across the full development cycle. You will build synthetic-data frameworks and task environments, address capability gaps through data and recipe work with controlled ablations, and turn internal and external feedback into end-to-end model usability improvements.
Requirements
- Strong engineering skills and ability to contribute code and debug complex codebases
- Ability to design, run, and interpret experiments with scientific rigor
- Proficiency in Python
- Familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
- Ability to debug distributed training and write scalable code
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Physics, Mathematics, or a related discipline
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in writing
