About the Role
You will own the end-to-end data strategy for visual capabilities. You will build evaluations and reinforcement learning environments, manage technical vendor relationships, improve quality assurance frameworks, run generalization experiments, and collaborate on multimodal capability research.
Requirements
- 7+ years of machine learning, computer vision, and software engineering experience
- Experience with reinforcement learning, reward design, or training data curation for language or vision-language models
- Knowledge of vision-language model architecture, training, and operation
- Experience managing technical vendor relationships
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end data strategy for vision capabilities
- Build evaluations and scale reinforcement learning environments
- Manage technical relationships with external data vendors
- Evaluate visual data and annotation quality
- Develop quality assurance frameworks for environment quality
- Run generalization experiments for multimodal capabilities
- Partner with pretraining, reinforcement learning, and product teams
