About the Role
You will conduct reinforcement-learning research, develop training infrastructure, publish high-quality research, and collaborate with engineering teams to deploy end-to-end autonomy algorithms and neural simulation tools.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in self-play reinforcement learning, imitation learning, VLA post-training, closed-loop reinforcement learning, or reinforcement-learning training infrastructure
- Experience with Python, PyTorch, computer vision, robotics systems, and distributed machine-learning model training
- Master's or PhD in machine learning, computer vision, autonomy, robotics, or a closely related field
- At least 1 year of experience in autonomy applications or a closely related field
Responsibilities
- Conduct reinforcement-learning research and develop training infrastructure
- Work with Research Scientists and interns on publications for top-tier conferences
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy end-to-end algorithms and neural simulation tools
