About the Role
You will build and improve post-training and evaluation workflows, develop data and deployment pipelines, and harden large-scale ML systems. You will turn research prototypes into repeatable workflows, improve code quality and observability, and work on scalable reinforcement-learning training systems.
Requirements
- Python engineering skills
- Experience working in large codebases
- Experience with PyTorch, JAX, or similar
- Systems and infrastructure fundamentals
- Experience with LLM training or post-training
- Debugging skills for distributed systems, data issues, quality regressions, and infrastructure failures
- Communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Build and improve post-training and evaluation workflows
- Develop tools and pipelines for synthetic data generation, curation, training, evaluation, and deployment
- Debug and harden distributed ML systems
- Improve the codebase through APIs, tests, documentation, and maintainable abstractions
- Advance scalable reinforcement-learning training systems
- Adapt deployments to client hardware, software, cloud, and on-premises environments
- Translate system bottlenecks into improvements with researchers and infrastructure engineers
