About the Role
You will lead research and engineering efforts that improve conversational capabilities, including instruction following, retrieval, memory, and long-horizon task completion. You will build models and pipelines, integrate models into production systems, and turn research ideas into iterative roadmaps.
Requirements
- 2+ years of AI/ML engineering or research experience
- Experience post-training and deploying LLMs in production
- Python fluency
- Experience with modern ML tooling for training, evaluation, and data pipelines
- Track record of taking research ideas from prototype to measurable production impact
Responsibilities
- Lead research and engineering efforts to improve conversational capabilities including instruction following, retrieval, memory, and long-horizon task completion
- Build and iterate on end-to-end models and pipelines
- Partner with platform and product engineers to integrate models into production systems
- Break down research ideas into iterative milestones and roadmaps
