About the Role
You will run experiments to improve perception and agentic capabilities, develop evaluation frameworks, and build computer-use and vision reinforcement-learning environments. You will create validation tooling, improve production training, and help bring research advances into production.
Requirements
- Software engineering experience
- Python proficiency
- Machine-learning training, fine-tuning, or evaluation experience
- Communication skills
- Knowledge of societal impacts and safety
Responsibilities
- Design and run experiments to improve perception and agentic capabilities
- Develop evaluation frameworks for complex computer tasks
- Build computer-use and vision reinforcement-learning environments
- Create pipelines and tools to test and validate reinforcement-learning environments
- Improve production training with model-training and infrastructure teams
- Partner with product teams to bring research advances into production
