About the Role
You will research 3D vision topics such as foundation models, multimodal pretraining, Gaussian splatting, and world models. You will publish research, collaborate with engineering teams, and deploy algorithms and neural simulation and generation methods for autonomy-development tools.
Requirements
- Have hands-on experience with 3D reconstruction, 3D or multimodal foundation models, world foundation models, video generation, or 3D and multi-view end-to-end models for autonomous driving or robotics
- Have strong engineering and research skills
- Have technical experience with Python, PyTorch, computer vision, robotics systems, and distributed machine-learning training
- Hold a Master's or PhD in machine learning and computer vision with autonomy and robotics applications or a closely related field
- Have 1+ year of experience in autonomy and robotics applications or a closely related field
Responsibilities
- Conduct research on 3D vision, foundation models, multimodal pretraining, Gaussian splatting, and world models
- Work with Research Scientists and interns on research publications for top-tier conferences
- Collaborate with ADAS, data, and simulation engineers to deploy end-to-end algorithms for mass-production vehicles
- Develop neural simulation and generation methods for autonomy-development tools
