About the Role
You will build simulation, testing, and fleet-observability systems to measure reliability before releases. You will analyze failure rates and degradation, collect telemetry and logs, replay deployment data, produce automated failure reports, and establish reliability and safety standards.
Requirements
- Reliability engineering
- Test infrastructure
- Site reliability engineering
- Simulation
- Python
- Go
- C++
- Robotics simulation
- Isaac Sim
- Gazebo
- MuJoCo
- Measurement
Responsibilities
- Build simulation pipelines to regression-test changes before release
- Design and run reliability measurements for failure rates, mean time between failures, and degradation
- Build fleet observability through telemetry ingestion, log collection, and AI-assisted performance scoring
- Create automated test harnesses and daily failure reports
- Replay software against real-world deployment data before release
- Establish reliability and safety standards for certifications, insurance requirements, and enterprise SLAs
