About the Role

You will own the P&L across the UAE and GCC, drive revenue, transaction growth, and active user metrics. You will tailor growth campaigns, product positioning, and frontend experiences to match the distinct consumer behaviours of UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and other GCC nations. You will identify and close high impact local partnerships with banks local payment gateways and distribution networks to accelerate onboarding and product utility. You will navigate regulatory requirements as the local face with regulators while maintaining an aggressive growth posture. You will work with centralized operations to optimize local KYC AML turnaround times and establish localized, responsive customer support channels. You will ensure payment rails, currency localization, and language flows are seamless and highly converting for the regional user base. You will synthesize local market data, competitor intelligence, and regulatory shifts into executive level reports. You will partner with the centralized Growth Frontend and Support teams to deploy growth loops and product features optimized for the GCC market.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in hyper growth tech environments (FinTech Web3 Marketplace or SaaS) with at least 2-3 years in a regional leadership or general management role within the UAE GCC.
  • Proven track record of growing a product's transaction volume or user base from the ground up in the Middle East.
  • Strong understanding of UAE and GCC financial regulations electronic KYC standards and data privacy laws.
  • Existing network of regional partners financial institutions or corporate stakeholders in the GCC tech ecosystem.
  • Fluent in English with Arabic fluency a massive advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive revenue, transaction growth, and active user metrics across the UAE and GCC.
  • Tailor growth campaigns, product positioning, and frontend user experiences to match the distinct consumer behaviours of UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and other GCC nations.
  • Identify, negotiate, and close high impact local partnerships with banks, local payment gateways, and distribution networks to accelerate user onboarding and product utility.
  • Act as the local face of the company with regional regulators and ensure compliance while maintaining an aggressive growth posture.
  • Frictionless operations: Work directly with the centralized operations team to optimize local KYC AML turnaround times and establish localized, responsive customer support channels.
  • Localization operations: Ensure payment rails, localization of currency, and language flows are seamless and highly converting for the regional user base.
  • Execution and executive reporting: Synthesize local market data, competitor intelligence, and regulatory shifts into high impact executive level reports.
  • Cross functional execution: Partner directly with the centralized Growth Frontend and Support teams to deploy growth loops and product features optimized for the GCC market.
