About the Role
You will coordinate phone, virtual, and in-person candidate interviews across open roles. You will streamline the interview process, improve recruitment strategies and workflows, support interview training and funnel analytics, and partner with recruiters and sourcers on university career fairs and industry events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of recruiting coordination experience
- Experience in a cross-functional operational position
- Customer service experience
- Experience with continuous process improvement
Responsibilities
- Coordinate phone, virtual, and in-person candidate interviews for open roles
- Streamline the end-to-end interview process
- Evaluate and recommend recruitment strategies and solutions
- Support interview training, funnel analytics, and enablement content
- Partner with sourcers and recruiters on university career fairs and industry recruiting events
