About the Role

Build and maintain low-latency trading infrastructure, including order management systems, high-throughput feed handlers, strategy logic, low-level networking, exchange connectivity, and latency optimization.

Requirements

  • Hands-on production experience building order management systems, feed handlers, and/or strategy logic
  • Strong Rust experience, including async and synchronous or bare-metal Rust
  • Low-level networking experience, including socket programming, protocol implementation, and latency-aware design
  • Experience writing fast parsing code for binary protocols, custom formats, and minimal-copy pipelines
  • Production experience with FIX protocol and WebSocket connectivity
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems and state synchronization
  • TradFi or institutional crypto market-making background
  • Experience with kernel-bypass networking such as DPDK or RDMA
  • Familiarity with lock-free data structures and wait-free concurrency
  • Options or derivatives experience
  • C++ background
  • Professional proficiency in English

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain order management systems
  • Design and optimize high-throughput market-data feed handlers
  • Implement strategy logic and integrate it with execution infrastructure
  • Write low-level networking code for protocol parsing, socket management, and kernel-bypass techniques
  • Build fast parsing pipelines for market data and order flow
  • Implement exchange connectivity using FIX, WebSocket, and proprietary protocols
  • Profile latency, benchmark systems, and continuously improve performance
