About the Role
You will take part in two days of trading-floor activities, including pricing, arbitrage, hedging, market-making simulations, trading games, and desk shadowing. You will attend introductory classes on traditional finance, crypto, and ETFs, and submit a resume and persuasive cover letter to apply.
Requirements
- Graduating in 2026 or 2027 from a BSc or MSc STEM degree in the Netherlands
- Demonstrable interest in trading
- Python or other coding ability
- Ability to reason with probabilities and brainteasers
Responsibilities
- Price, arbitrage, and hedge in live simulations
- Make markets under real-time pressure
- Compete in trading games
- Shadow trading desks
- Attend introductory classes on traditional finance, crypto, and ETFs
