About the Role
You will develop cross-venue liquidity strategies, build scalable and fault-tolerant trading infrastructure, architect low-latency systems across CeFi and DeFi venues, and implement monitoring, alerting, and auto-recovery for 24/7 crypto trading operations. You will also manage inventory and risk, conduct strategy simulation, and collaborate with product managers, engineers, and liquidity managers.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of market making concepts
- Experience with cross-venue trading strategies and arbitrage identification
- Knowledge of network protocols, TCP/UDP optimization, and WebSocket connections
- Proficiency in Rust or C++
- Understanding of high-performance, low-latency distributed systems
- Experience with AWS, AliCloud, GCP, and on-premise infrastructure
- Passion for trading and interest in crypto markets
- Experience with backtesting frameworks and strategy simulation
- Experience in proprietary trading, market making, or quantitative research
- Experience building trading infrastructure at scale
