About the Role
You will create and execute vehicle test plans, collect and analyze test data, investigate defects, and report performance results. You will develop and maintain testing software, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and field-vehicle data systems. You will also conduct on-road testing and travel as needed to support vehicle tests.

- Master’s degree in a relevant technical field or a bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of technically relevant experience

Responsibilities
- Generate and execute vehicle test plans
- Perform root-cause analysis of defects and performance issues
- Design and deploy test instrumentation and infrastructure
- Analyze test data and generate reports
- Maintain verification and validation reports against system requirements
- Develop vehicle-level tests and performance metrics
- Consolidate test-event results and defect reports
- Perform on-road autonomous-vehicle testing as an observer and annotator
- Travel to support on-road vehicle testing up to 25%
- Execute software development lifecycle activities in C++ and scripting languages
- Design, implement, test, and maintain software
- Design and implement field-vehicle data acquisition and analysis systems
- Use simulation scenarios to prevent performance regressions
