About the Role
You will own quality end-to-end, performing manual and exploratory testing and building automated test suites. You will design and execute test plans, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, and validate AI agent outputs for accuracy and consistency. You will document bugs clearly, collaborate with engineers to prioritize fixes, and help establish QA best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in both manual testing and test automation
- Strong background building automated test frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar)
- Experience testing web applications and APIs
- Experience testing AI/ML systems or non-deterministic outputs
- Background in testing smart contracts or blockchain applications
- Ability to think like a user and like an attacker to find issues others miss
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating tests into deployment workflows
- Comfortable operating in an early-stage, fast-moving environment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Design and execute manual test plans for new features and releases
- Build and maintain automated test suites (unit, integration, end-to-end)
- Perform exploratory testing to find edge cases and unexpected issues
- Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines to catch regressions early
- Test AI agent outputs for accuracy, consistency, and reliability
- Collaborate with engineers to define test coverage and quality standards
