About the Role
You will develop features across PyTorch Triton and related technologies. You will contribute to upstream PyTorch support Python and C++ extensions integrate compiler backend capabilities with torch.compile review code write documentation and help users work with the software.
Requirements
- Strong core software engineering skills
- Collaborative team mindset
- Experience developing Python libraries
- Experience building performant C++ applications in a commercial setting
- Understanding of linear algebra floating-point arithmetic or numerical analysis
- Confident use of Git and code review in a commercial team
- Willingness to explore large unfamiliar open-source codebases independently and collaboratively
Responsibilities
- Design implement optimise and support features across PyTorch Triton and related technologies
- Contribute to upstream PyTorch
- Support hybrid Python and C++ extensions
- Integrate compiler backend capabilities with torch.compile
- Review code and write documentation
