About the Role
You will build a structured, queryable knowledge platform for technical documentation. You will orchestrate AWS serverless ingestion pipelines, model knowledge graphs and ontologies, develop retrieval APIs, and implement automated quality controls. You will collaborate on secure infrastructure deployments, review code, and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities
- Implement and deliver the next-generation knowledge platform
- Design, configure, and orchestrate AWS serverless pipelines to ingest content from headless CMS and Git repositories
- Define graph schemas and ontologies and write optimized idempotent graph queries
- Build high-performance retrieval interfaces for developers and AI agents
- Implement automated controls and validation rules to detect documentation drift
- Collaborate with technical writers, product managers, engineering teams, and cloud teams
- Review code and mentor engineers
