About the Role
You will join a dynamic Payment Integrity team as a versatile call representative, conducting outbound and accepting inbound calls with hospitals, clinics, physician offices, and supply companies. You'll need a solid understanding of the US Healthcare system and HIPAA/PHI compliance, and you'll thrive on accuracy, compliance, and continuous learning in a high-growth environment. You'll document call details accurately and collaborate with other teams to support the payment integrity process by helping obtain medical records.
Requirements
- Knowledge of medical terminology and medical records
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high performance
- Exceptional time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Commitment to teamwork, collaboration with internal teams, and continuous learning
- Ability to accurately document call details
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to follow protocol and call scripts
- Flexibility to change as company and client needs dictate
- Ability to work late shift to accommodate USA time zones
