About the Role

You'll serve as a key point of contact for patients, providing clinical support and handling medical inquiries. You'll respond to patient inquiries through a ticketing system with clear, accurate, and empathetic written communication, and you'll manage both inbound and outbound calls to address patient queries and concerns. You'll maintain accurate documentation of every patient interaction and work closely with internal teams to ensure patients receive the best possible care. You should be comfortable working shifts between 8am and 9pm AEST across Monday through Sunday, for five days or fewer per week, and thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of clinical experience in nursing (AHPRA registered)
  • Prior experience in telehealth
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to explain clinical information clearly and professionally
  • Excellent telephone skills and confidence
  • Strong attention to detail and sound clinical judgment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
