About the Role
You will monitor the annual investment program and identify deviations from project plans. You will track accounting progress, CWIP, budgets, capitalizations, and project execution. You will prepare regulatory and management reports, support executing areas, verify project progress, and help maintain investment procedures.
Responsibilities
- Monitor compliance with investment policies, strategies, and plans.
- Track investment-project accounting progress through periodic reports.
- Monitor CWIP with regional and project stakeholders.
- Allocate, release, and modify investment-project budgets.
- Support executing areas with project execution, accounting allocation, and process issues.
- Verify accounting postings and physical progress of investment projects.
- Ensure compliance with investment policies and project-close processes.
- Prepare quarterly SIGET and SOX investment-project reports.
- Prepare management reports on accounting progress, deviations, and under-execution.
- Collect investment-execution information for internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in CapEx progress meetings with executing areas.
- Track material and special-equipment needs for investment projects.
- Ensure proper capitalization of internal and contracted labor.
- Document and update procedures and manuals.
