About the Role
The Programme Manager will orchestrate educational initiatives, manage complex online and in-person events, build relationships with participants and stakeholders, and coordinate cross-functional teams to optimise programme delivery and participant experience.
Requirements
- Early work experience or recent/upcoming graduate.
- Strong desire to become a Programme Manager in a startup.
- Academic track record of 2:1 or above from a leading university.
- Evidence of atypical achievements beyond an undergraduate degree.
- Strong social abilities and people skills demonstrated through teamwork or leadership.
- Clear motivation to join the team and contribute to its mission.
- Interest in Web3 is encouraged but not required.
- Curiosity, integrity, kindness, and supportiveness.
- Based in London and working from the office most days each week.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and execution of educational programmes.
- Collaborate with the Head of Research and Programmes to enhance programme offerings.
- Manage complex online and in-person events across various locations.
- Build relationships with participants, clients, stakeholders, and sponsors.
- Coordinate with Operations, Talent, and other internal teams to optimise event logistics and participant experience.

Hiring Process
The process takes approximately 2–3 weeks: 30-minute first interview with a leadership team member, 30-minute second interview with the CEO, 30-minute third interview with a leadership team member, a 2-hour take-home research case study, and a final 1-hour in-person interview in London with expenses covered.
