About the Role
You will develop, maintain, and analyze Integrated Master Schedules for aerospace programs. You will integrate schedules with cost and risk systems, manage baselines, assess schedule performance and risk, support forecasting and proposals, coordinate with program functions, and present recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project scheduling or program planning experience in aerospace, defense, or technically complex environments
- Bachelor's degree in program management, engineering, construction management, business administration, or a related field
- Logic-driven network schedule experience
- Knowledge of Critical Path Methodology, float analysis, and schedule risk assessment
- Schedule baseline development and change-control experience
- Earned Value Management knowledge
- Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Program leadership briefing experience
- Ability to manage multiple programs, deadlines, and priorities
- Ability to mentor junior schedulers
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- U.S. Person status for export-control compliance
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and control Integrated Master Schedules
- Align schedules with work breakdown structures, control accounts, and contractual deliverables
- Apply Critical Path Methodology and schedule integrity checks
- Integrate schedules with cost and risk systems
- Establish schedule baselines and support baseline changes and reviews
- Perform variance, float, critical-path, metric, trend, and schedule-risk analyses
- Support Estimate to Complete, Estimate at Completion, and forecasting
- Develop proposal-level schedules
- Coordinate execution with program, engineering, contracts, procurement, finance, and quality functions
- Present schedule performance and recommendations
- Support process improvement and tool integration
