About the Role
As a Professional Services Consultant, you will connect treasury technology with clients' financial goals by understanding business environments, prescribing best practices, and architecting configurations that improve treasury operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of client-facing solution consulting or software implementation experience in ERP or SaaS.
- Experience in consultative roles that challenge the status quo and guide clients toward better outcomes.
- Experience navigating complex software ecosystems and data flows between treasury systems, banks, and ERPs.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into accessible and compelling financial explanations for CFOs.
- Deep knowledge of cash management, payments, risk management, or hedge accounting.
- Previous experience working with Corporate Treasury, Accounting, or Finance stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover client pain points, workflows, and technical requirements.
- Design and document the future-state solution and determine optimal treasury suite configuration.
- Advise clients on treasury best practices and modernization of legacy processes.
- Configure the platform to align technical implementation with strategic goals.
- Facilitate training sessions to maximize user adoption and solution ROI.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to provide client feedback and influence the product roadmap.
