About the Role

You will lead the daily assembly-floor workflow, people, safety, and production output. You will monitor throughput, yield, quality, and completion metrics; train and develop technicians; reduce defects through root-cause analysis; enforce safety protocols; and lead measurable improvements to cycle time, ergonomics, quality, or cost.

Requirements

• Have 3+ years of hands-on, on-floor production or manufacturing team supervision experience
• Demonstrate success meeting production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards
• Apply production planning, quality systems, and safety practices including standard work, defect tracking, lockout/tagout, and PPE compliance
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Be available to work on-site in Hayward or San Carlos on a day or swing shift

Responsibilities

• Meet daily and weekly build targets while maintaining safety and quality
• Own throughput, yield, first-pass quality, and on-time completion metrics
• Lead, train, and develop production technicians
• Reduce defects and rework through root-cause analysis, process control, and feedback loops
• Maintain safety compliance and encourage early issue reporting
• Lead at least one meaningful process improvement each quarter
