About the Role

You will produce high-quality, production-ready assets for marketing, launches, events, presentations, social media, email, and paid campaigns. You will apply the design system consistently, assure accessibility and quality before launch, and maintain Figma libraries, reusable components, templates, and workflows. You will collaborate on production priorities and adopt AI-powered creative tools where useful.

Requirements

• 4+ years of production, graphic, or brand design experience
• Experience applying and scaling brand systems across marketing channels
• Knowledge of typography, layout, color, grids, iconography, visual hierarchy, and production practices
• Portfolio of production-ready digital campaigns, paid media, presentations, events, email, social media, landing pages, or similar assets
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Experience maintaining design systems, reusable components, and template libraries
• Knowledge of AI-powered creative tools
• Project management and cross-functional communication skills
