About the Role
You will supervise Production Coordinators and logistics employees supporting data center construction and operations. You will manage work-order-driven material flow, inventory requests, shortages, kitting, BOM reconciliation, and on-time delivery. You will maintain inventory integrity, safety, system accuracy, workforce development, and timekeeping.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of professional experience in materials management, supply chain, or production/manufacturing, or 4+ years of such experience in lieu of a degree
- 1+ years of experience leading or supervising hourly warehouse, inventory, production coordination, or manufacturing teams
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted
- Ability to work at elevated heights and in extreme outdoor environments
- Ability to work with exposure to fumes, odors, and noise
- Willingness to operate forklifts and loaders
- Availability for shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
- Ability to work onsite in the Memphis, Tennessee / Southaven, Mississippi area
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop an hourly workforce
- Lead shift-level production coordination and material delivery
- Handle and protect high-value equipment to specifications
- Coordinate work-order and material-request priorities with stakeholders
- Reconcile work-order BOM quantities and released materials
- Maintain accurate company system data
- Supervise kitting, de-kitting, return-to-stock, and staging
- Ensure cycle counting, FIFO rotation, and environmental controls
- Lead cost-saving and continuous-improvement projects
- Approve employee timekeeping records
