About the Role
You will respond to support cases in Japanese and English, from billing questions to complex API debugging. You will support urgent APAC issues, work with engineers to resolve customer problems, improve support processes, and build technical resources that help support customers at scale.
Requirements
- Technical product support experience in English and Japanese
- Native-level Japanese proficiency
- Business-level English proficiency
- Experience with tier-two, escalated, or priority support
- Knowledge of APIs and technical SaaS products
- Ability to meet support metrics such as CSAT and SLA
- Support case lifecycle knowledge
- Written communication
- Experience building support-team foundations
- Technical environment knowledge
Responsibilities
- Become an expert in products
- Respond to support cases in English and Japanese
- Provide support for billing, account, and API-debugging issues
- Communicate with executives and consumer users
- Manage urgent on-call and APAC pager-duty tasks
- Prioritize work in an evolving product environment
- Partner with engineers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues
- Improve support processes, efficiency, user satisfaction, and contact rates
- Build technical knowledge resources
