The current platform provides stablecoin-focused enterprise workflows including named virtual accounts and fiat collection, institutional stablecoin trading and FX/OTC conversion, stablecoin-to-fiat payouts through local banking rails, and fiat-backed stablecoin issuance with minting, redemption, compliance, onboarding, and distribution infrastructure. About the Role
Lead and scale Application Security and Vulnerability Management & Automation teams to secure the infrastructure powering the Web3 economy. Define product security strategy, integrate security tooling into CI/CD, run threat modeling and penetration testing, drive vulnerability triage and remediation, lead incident response, and support regulatory certification efforts.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing technical security teams in high-growth cloud-native environments
- Strong background in application security, penetration testing, and software engineering
- Experience building or implementing automated security scanning and reporting tools
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and making decisions in fast-paced environments
- Ability to balance tactical needs with long-term security strategy
- Curiosity about or experience with blockchain technology, smart contract security, and Web3 challenges
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor Application Security and Vulnerability Management teams
- Define and maintain the product security roadmap
- Drive end-to-end vulnerability discovery, triage, and remediation
- Integrate SAST, DAST, and SCA security tooling into CI/CD pipelines
- Lead threat modeling sessions and penetration testing for new features
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product to prioritize security debt and promote security by design
- Lead high-priority security incidents and investigations
- Support SOC2, PCI, CIS, and ISO27001 certification efforts
