Product Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role
You will define product quality requirements, create test strategies and plans, and perform manual and automated testing across product features and releases. You will build regression coverage, validate localization and analytics tracking, document defects, analyze results, and improve testing practices with cross-functional partners.
Requirements
- Have at least three years of quality assurance experience, preferably in a project-based environment
- Test native mobile applications across iOS and Android, including release regression cycles
- Work with AI-assisted testing tools and workflows
- Develop and execute quality assurance plans
- Use test automation tools, frameworks, methodologies, and techniques
- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Use Python or JavaScript for test automation
- Perform mobile application testing
- Use automation testing frameworks such as Playwright, Maestro, or Karate
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI
- Use work management tools such as JIRA
- Use bug tracking and test management tools
- Apply analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- Work independently and collaboratively
Responsibilities
- Implement regression plans for periodic releases
- Identify and document functional and non-functional product quality requirements
- Design comprehensive test strategies and detailed test plans
- Execute manual and automated test plans
- Develop and maintain automated regression tests
- Share testing approaches, tools, and product quality standards
- Execute localization testing across supported languages and markets
- Verify event tracking and data instrumentation
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers on quality objectives
- Document, report, and track defects through resolution
- Analyze test results, defect trends, and root causes
- Maintain knowledge of quality assurance trends and testing methodologies
- Improve testing methods, tools, and techniques
