About the Role
You will own and groom the backlog for one or two scrum teams, turn discovery findings into testable user stories, and help shape roadmap priorities. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, define acceptance testing, partner with support on field issues, and maintain alignment with globally distributed product colleagues.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar software-product role
- Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience with backlog-management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally
- Written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Gather customer feedback, support trends, and usage data to identify product opportunities
- Lead customer interviews, usability observations, and prototype validation
- Translate findings into clear, testable behavior-driven user stories
- Define, prioritize, and maintain product-roadmap initiatives, epics, and release themes
- Own and groom the product backlog for sprint readiness
- Lead backlog refinement sessions with engineering
- Define user acceptance testing with engineering and customer-facing teams
- Facilitate sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Coordinate cross-time-zone product communication and documentation
- Triage field issues and incorporate customer feedback into backlog decisions
