About the Role
As a Product Manager, you will drive the strategy, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of our playCONNECT team's products and features. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, game studios, marketing, data, and external partners to define product requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure seamless integration across partner applications. You will own the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and optimization, ensuring features are scalable, user-centric, technically aligned, and deliver measurable business and partner value. You will also play a key role in shaping product innovation, improving operational processes, and supporting long-term platform growth and partner success.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a product role in software development; experience in the video game industry is a plus
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
- Good understanding of technical products, APIs, SDKs, and systems integration
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling products that support multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
- Background in mobile gaming, loyalty programs, or digital rewards is a plus
- Experience with productizing internal tools for external partner adoption is a plus
- Familiarity with agile product development methodologies is a plus
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with company and playCONNECT goals and with partners
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of specific features within playCONNECT, from ideation and requirements gathering to execution, testing, and launch
- Manage and groom the product backlog with clear acceptance criteria and write clear user stories
- Collaborate with engineering to plan sprints and balance priorities between new feature development, technical debt, and bug fixes
- Own backlog grooming, sprint planning, and participate in PIP, sprint review, and continuous process improvements
- Work closely with the engineering team to ensure alignment and clear expectations
- Collaborate with game studios, marketing, loyalty, data, and infrastructure teams to ensure their needs are met
- Leverage analytics and user feedback to track feature adoption, performance, and impact
- Iterate on features based on data-driven insights and A/B testing
- Maintain clear and comprehensive product documentation, including PRDs and user guides
- Regularly communicate updates to internal stakeholders
- Own the implementation and optimization of playCONNECT's technology within partner apps
- Stay up to date on industry trends and advocate for improvements that enhance the platform's capabilities
