About the Role
You will evolve and maximize the business value of Amanotes' core backend platforms and portals, bridging the gap between music licensing, game studio operations, and engineering delivery. You will own the roadmap and execution for core platform products including Music Catalog & Licensing management, Game Level Design, and Product Management portals. You'll translate complex requirements into clear specifications, own the lifecycle of the ACM content management system, partner with Music Licensing and Finance on digitized licensing workflows, drive the roadmap of SnapBeat, oversee PMP scalability, lead agile sprint planning with engineering teams, and track key platform performance indicators.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, managing internal portals, CMS, or developer-facing platforms
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, APIs, database concepts, and SQL queries
- Proven ability to collaborate with and align diverse stakeholders (licensing, operations, creative, and engineering) in an agile environment
- Excellent analytical skills, utilizing qualitative and quantitative data to make prioritized, ROI-driven decisions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to translate business needs into precise technical requirements
Responsibilities
- Translate complex requirements from Music Licensing, Game Studios, and AdOps into clear, prioritised product specifications and backlogs
- Own the lifecycle of ACM (Amanotes Content Management), ensuring high metadata reliability and a seamless track/artist ingestion pipeline
- Partner with Music Licensing and Finance to build a centralized, auditable digital licensing workflow within ACM
- Drive the roadmap of SnapBeat, introducing automated level design features, metadata templates, and real-time multi-game previews
- Oversee PMP (Product Management Portal) features, including AdOps waterfall setups, revenue share reporting, and App Store automation
- Lead sprint planning and agile backlog grooming with backend, web, and SDK engineering teams to ensure high-quality, timely releases
- Define and track key platform performance indicators, connecting platform enhancements directly to business efficiency metrics
