About the Role

You will help shape and scale platforms that unlock new creative opportunities for leading storytellers in film and television. You will evaluate and modernize systems, manage product lifecycles, define platforms and tools for publishing operations and creative workflows, gather requirements, support demos, collaborate with UX/UI partners, manage backlogs and roadmaps, and coordinate cross-functional delivery.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience owning features or products across the development lifecycle.
  • Experience with data models, APIs, or system integrations and technical collaboration with engineering.
  • Experience with data cleanup or migration initiatives is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and agile product management tools.
  • Familiarity with agile processes and best practices.
  • Experience or strong interest in entertainment, media, or adjacent industries.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn systems and tools quickly.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work through ambiguity in evolving organizations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and modernize current systems while supporting product strategy and roadmap development.
  • Manage product lifecycles from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to define platforms and tools for publishing operations, creative workflows, and global rights management.
  • Gather requirements from agents, executives, operations, and engineering partners.
  • Support client demos and internal walkthroughs.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI partners to translate business needs into product flows and requirements.
  • Write user stories and acceptance criteria for agile development and sprint planning.
  • Manage product backlogs, roadmaps, timelines, and KPIs.
  • Coordinate milestones, dependencies, and quality releases across teams.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback and support bug triage and enhancements.
  • Represent products in cross-functional meetings and planning sessions.
