ARQ serves travelers, investors, and professionals across Latin America who need access to global currencies and financial markets. Users can hold digital dollars and euros, receive and send international payments via dedicated US and European account details, invest in US stocks and ETFs, and spend globally with a card at market conversion rates. The platform is available across Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and Brazil.

About the Role
You'll work directly with the founders, engineers, and department leads across the company. Your mandate is to own the platforms that ARQ runs on end-to-end, from strategy through execution.
Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience, including 2+ years at a top technology company.
- Founder’s mindset and willingness to build from scratch.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent written communication and confidence working with founders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and takes full ownership.
- Nice to have: experience with internal tools, BI platforms, HR-tech products, metrics frameworks, dashboards, org-data products, or Spanish or Portuguese.
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution of ARQ's operating system end-to-end.
- Ship the company-wide KPI platform used by the founders, board, and every department.
- Build the employee directory with profiles, org chart, people-to-KPI attribution, and HR stack integration.
- Drive department leads to define, commit to, and report against relevant KPIs.
- Partner with back-office engineering on schema and architecture decisions.
- Track adoption and usage, iterating based on internal feedback.
