About the Role
You will improve product-development processes, run cross-functional workstreams, and create systems for product knowledge and roadmap visibility. You will research strategic questions, translate market and regulatory changes into roadmap implications, shape new bets, and advance AI adoption, hackathons, and shared product context.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, investing, or a similar role
- Daily use of AI tools and experience building scripts, agents, or workflows

Responsibilities
- Identify and improve product development processes that no longer scale
- Connect product managers and builders with customers and close the loop between field signals and roadmap decisions
- Design systems for product knowledge and roadmap visibility
- Redesign product hiring and onboarding processes
- Research strategic questions and implement recommendations end-to-end
- Translate competitive and regulatory changes into roadmap and go-to-market implications
- Develop points of view on new bets and adjacent markets
- Shape and measure AI-adoption programs for engineering and product teams
- Host clinician and builder hackathons
- Build a shared context layer for product AI tooling
