About the Role
You will own product messaging and copy across the website, product, documentation, email, social media, sales decks, and launches. You will turn shipped features into clear stories, define the company voice and vocabulary, write for an agentic teammate, and partner with Compliance to ensure external claims are accurate. You will communicate technical financial infrastructure clearly in English and Spanish.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of product marketing experience
- Experience as the sole product marketing function at a startup
- Strong writing experience across landing pages, launch posts, documentation, and emails
- Ability to translate API documentation for finance audiences without losing accuracy
- Experience using agentic AI tools for drafting, research, and delivery
Responsibilities
- Own copy across the website, product, documentation, email, social media, decks, and launch posts
- Turn shipped features into clear launch narratives and supporting copy
- Write the voice of the agentic teammate
- Define and maintain company voice and vocabulary
- Partner with Compliance to review external claims
- Build product narratives with founders and carry them across customer and investor communications
- Create content in Spanish and English
