About the Role
You will execute full-spectrum product work from discovery through delivery. You will define and implement product strategy for the core protocol, developer and creator tooling, and occasional consumer-facing implementations. You will translate strategic goals into roadmaps, backlogs, and delivery plans, create and run user research for discovery, plan sprints and align releases with project and budget goals, and communicate outcomes and learnings across engineering, design, marketing, and partnerships.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience on high-impact technical products including libraries, open source components, APIs, or platforms, with ideally 2+ years as a product manager
- Awareness and familiarity with Web2 and Web3 concepts, paradigms and tech stacks
- Exceptional leadership, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
