About the Role

You will own and develop the Quest Platform, a major company initiative that consolidates all quest-related functionality in one place and integrates it across all Xsolla products, including Web Shop, Xsolla Player, and Cloud Gaming. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and cross-product teams to create engaging quest experiences, drive user engagement, and ensure seamless integration across all Xsolla products.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Product Manager working on engagement, gamification, or loyalty products
  • Strong understanding of gaming ecosystems (mobile, PC, console)
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage complex dependencies
  • Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking product KPIs

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for the Quest Platform
  • Create and manage new quests within the platform, acting as its primary advocate
  • Oversee quest UI implementation
  • Define and track key product metrics (engagement, completion rates, retention impact)
  • Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth integration with Web Shop, Xsolla Player, Cloud Gaming, and future products
  • Continuously optimize quest experiences based on data and user feedback
