About the Role

You own a product area within card payments. You define the long-term vision and roadmap, research customer needs and market trends, prioritize features, communicate requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, track product performance through data, and address risks and changing market conditions.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in business marketing engineering computer science or a related field
  • At least 3 years of product management experience
  • Understanding of the fintech industry
  • Very good Polish and English with at least B2 proficiency
  • At least 2 years of experience in an agile methodology environment
  • Ability to understand and communicate effectively with technical teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Data-driven decision-making
  • Stakeholder management
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Experience with Atlassian tools MS Office tools and AI agents
  • Experience with card payments or fraud detection in payments is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Define the long-term product vision and roadmap
  • Conduct market research on customer needs industry trends and competitors
  • Identify opportunities and challenges using market insights
  • Prioritize features and enhancements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development and delivery
  • Define and communicate product requirements

  • Address issues and adapt strategies to changing market conditions
