About the Role
You will own and lead product initiatives, explore and validate user needs, and build trading and developer experiences with cross-functional teams. You will collaborate with development teams to identify technical bottlenecks, develop product specifications, use data to inform strategy and decisions, prioritize work, assess risks, make resourcing decisions, manage tradeoffs, and create strategies to build awareness for new products.
Requirements
- Learning ability and communication skills in English and Chinese
- Self-management ability
- Experience developing trading systems or financial-related products is a plus
