About the Role
You will bring clarity and structure to a broad set of in-flight initiatives, turning roadmaps into actionable plans and driving delivery across cross-functional teams. You will define requirements, acceptance criteria, and success metrics; validate assumptions; track KPIs; manage dependencies; and maintain the execution rhythm by running sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retros. You will coordinate with Engineering, Design, Security, Operations, Strategy, and BD, maintain high-quality documentation and clear communication to stakeholders, use product analytics to inform prioritization, and support lightweight discovery by organizing research inputs and surfacing insights to senior PMs.
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-time product management, program management, consulting, BizOps, or founder experience
- Familiarity with web3 or strong interest with evidence of learning and contribution
- Technical literacy in programming or data query languages and comfort working with engineers
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong logical writing
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action in fast-paced environments
- Nice to have: exposure to DeFi or real-world assets and basic understanding of frontend or UX practices
Responsibilities
- Execute existing project plans across multiple product areas and ensure timely delivery
- Translate roadmaps into well defined epics, tickets, milestones, and acceptance criteria
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, GTM, and Operations
- Define and track timelines, dependencies, risks, and KPIs and drive mitigation plans
- Run sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Maintain high-quality documentation and clear communication to stakeholders
- Use product analytics to validate assumptions and inform prioritization
- Organize research inputs and surface insights to senior PMs
