About the Role
Lead and grow Kinetic’s product development by owning product-related projects, maintaining scope, timelines, and budgets, prioritizing the roadmap, using data and user research to inform decisions, and testing, iterating, and launching product features.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in web-based consumer-facing products
- Experience using data to inform product decisions
- Experience building and delivering consumer products at scale
- Strong organization and project execution skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Interest in web3, fintech, decentralized finance, or crypto
Responsibilities
- Lead and grow product development
- Lead product-related projects while maintaining scope, timelines, and budgets

- Design experiments to test, iterate, and launch product features
