About the Role
You will set up and maintain a hypothesis verification process using ongoing customer development and prototyping. You will identify new user segments and product market fit in African markets. You will design functionality with developers, create MVPs, run A/B tests, make product decisions based on data, and drive improvements in customer retention. You must conduct in-depth interviews in English and resolve problems of any complexity to deliver releases on time.
Requirements
- Over 3 years of experience in a product manager position
- Managed at least two projects to target levels, preferably from scratch
- Customer Development experience
- Ability to quickly verify hypotheses and prototype solutions
- Experience creating MVPs and conducting A/B tests
- Data-driven decision making
- Outstanding project management skills
- Upper-intermediate spoken English
